近隣において1年を通して行われている粉塵飛散防止対策なしの悪質な解体＆建築工事により、近隣の住宅や住民は著しい粉塵汚染被害を被っているが、我が家の15mアプローチの庭石（敷石）トラバーチン（乳白〜ベージュ色の天然大理石）も灰黒色に汚染された。多孔性が特徴の石灰岩だけに、単なる水洗いだけでは原状回復は難しい。
